Ashley will be the person that holds you accountable to goals and intentions. Once you develop a written intention statement for yourself, it becomes her job to see you follow through with it. You can use your time with her to set goals, grocery shop, practice yoga with her personal instruction, attend exercise classes together, or just have a confidential person to talk to that will really listen.
Ashley believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that she will look at how all of the areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
The approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins or to create lists of food restrictions. Instead, she will work with you to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, achievable and rewarding.
